As a result of air attacks, <\/span><b style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">six children were maimed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and<\/span><b style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\"> two were killed.<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As of September 21: for the entire period from February 24, 2022, Russia damaged and destroyed <\/span><b>3,854 educational institutions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (438 and 3,416, respectively), <\/span><b>injured and killed 1,627 children <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(1,123 and 504, respectively) (according to statistical data of the CCE \u201cAlmenda\u201d collected from open sources).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Out-of-school lessons of Russian patriotic education, \u201cConversations about what is important,\u201d are now held for school children and students of universities and colleges. <\/span><b>Previously, these lessons were held only in schools.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Russia, a <\/span><b>school career orientation course \u201cRussia \u2013 my horizons\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was introduced. Classes from this course will be held every Thursday for <\/span><b>children in grades 6-11 throughout Russia and in the temporarily occupied territories;<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From September 1, <\/span><b>the compulsory subject \u201cFundamentals of Russian Statehood\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was added to higher educational institutions in Russia and the occupied territories.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>The participants of the full-scale invasion in Ukraine<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and their children were <\/span><b>allowed to study for free<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at preparatory courses at the university.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Russian youth organizations have launched the all-Russian campaign \u201cWe are citizens of Russia\u201d for children who have reached the age of 14 and need to receive a passport from the Russian Federation. For example, after applying to the \u201cMovement of the First\u201d website, the child waits for a notification from the regional authorities and receives an invitation to the ceremonial presentation of the Russian passport. <b>In addition to the handover, the child must pledge allegiance to Russia and sing the country&#8217;s national anthem.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Crimea: military at events on September 1 in schools;
